- 일반헤드쉘의 20Hz와 44Hz 영역에서 보여지는 엄청난 양의 Rumbling입니다. 카트리지의 진동과 암의 공진 등이 윈인으로 볼 수 있습니다. 이 저역대의 rumbling은 그 에너지 량이 매우 커서 전 대역대에 걸쳐 재생음에 큰 영향을 미칩니다. 
- Swing headshell에 없는 전 대역대에서 나타나는 피크와 피크의 형상입니다. 이 역시 럼블과 암의 공진, 기타 노이즈 등이 합성되면서 생기는 것들로 추정됩니다. 당연히 좋지 않겠지요.

테스트한 분의 의견으로 일반형 헤드쉘의 음은 베이스의 부정확함과  다이나믹과 해상도가 떨어진다는 것을 이야기 하고 있습니다.

[ 3-D frequency analysis: Nasotec Swing Headshell vs Fixed headshell ]
Nasotec Swing headshell is mounted on a SME 3009 S2 with a TechneAudio DL-103 and other setup is a SME3009 S3S (fixed headshell) with a ELAC DN-795E. Both are installed at a Clearaudio Solution with Nasotec outer ring & mat typ B and record weight. The recording is done from the 12” “Joachim Witt – Tri Tra Trullala (Herbergsvater)”, no rumble filter is used and same recording level.
As you can see from the 3-D analysis, Nasotec Swing Headshell has a big advantage with its techniques up to 40 Hz. It is specially low frequency rumbling compared with fixed type headshell. This rumbling needs a lot of energy (you can see it at bass speakers how they are moving) and has a bad influence to the full spectrum. The tonearm without Swing Headshell reproduce less accurate punch at bass, less dynamics and less micro details.
