The SG1 is the Schumann Resonator, a stand-alone active device that generates a 7.83Hz Schumann frequency pulse to shields the electronics and listening room from radio frequency interference. It improves the S/N ratio to let the electronics perform better. 

The SG1 is NO contact with any audio/video equipment. Simply place it in anywhere of the listening area (Recommend near the listening position), put it at the 5ft or higher height. You will get the more sharp, more depth and more layering. Schumann waves also can be used for EMI/RFI protection and meditation.
