The Unrivaled Nasotec Carbon Fiber Turntable Mat  
Carbon fiber plates offer the best performance for turntable mats; however, due to challenges in the 
manufacturing process, they typically suffer from low flatness. This makes them difficult to use as 
turntable mats without additional precision processing. 

The Nasotec Carbon Fiber Turntable Mat is crafted from high-quality carbon plate materials using 
ultra-precise flat-surface machining. Unfortunately, producing these plates is exceptionally difficult 
due to various technical factors including extremely high levels of carbon dust generation and rapid wear 
rates of cutting tools, and the materal costs are high. 
After a long period of trial and error, we successfully completed our first production run. However, 
as we can no longer find a manufacturer capable of meeting these processing standards, the 
product has been discontinued.
